CEBU PACIFIC offers sweeping 50% off New Year seat sale to all destinations

The country’s number one airline Cebu Pacific (CEB) celebrates the new year by offering a 50% off seat sale to any of its 32 domestic and 14 international destinations. The seat sale period starts from January 6-8, 2010, for travel this February 1-April 30, 2010.

It is also set to fly its 40 millionth passenger this January 7, 2010—a significant milestone brought about by CEB’s extensive network of destinations in the Philippines and abroad. It has 27 direct domestic and 13 direct international flights (including Osaka, Incheon and Jakarta) from Manila alone.

As for its other hubs, CEB has direct flights from Cebu to 20 domestic and 4 international destinations (Singapore, Hong Kong, Pusan and Incheon), and from Davao to Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, Zamboanga and Cagayan de Oro.

It also flies from Clark to Cebu, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau and Bangkok.

“In 1996, CEB pioneered the great value, low fare strategy that gave a lot of opportunities for Filipinos to fly. The fact that we will soon reach our 40 million mark is a fulfilling achievement, and an affirmation of our continuous service to the traveling public,” said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.

“We thank our passengers for their support and look forward to starting 2010 with this 50% off seat sale. Passengers are encouraged to plan in advance and book early to fully take advantage of our value fares and convenient routes and frequencies,” she added.

Passengers can call (02) 7020-888 or (032) 230-8888 for their booking needs, log on to www.cebupacificair.com or visit travel agents nearest them. Those without credit cards can still book online and pay via CEB partner banks (Bancnet, Megalink, Metrobank, Banco de Oro and Robinsons Savings Bank).

Asia’s third largest low-cost carrier, CEB has one of the youngest fleets of aircraft in Asia. It is composed of 21 Airbus A320 and 8 ATR 72-500 aircraft.
